님의 증상으로 보아선 치열로 인한 피부 췌피(일종의 외치핵)
이거나, 치핵일 가능성이 많아 보이네요.
만성치열은 변비로 인해서 생기는데, 항문이 찌져지는것을
말합니다. 이 치열이 만성화가 되면 찌져진 항문 밖으로 염증
으로 인해 혹이 생깁니다. 이것이 간혹 피곤하거나 하면
부어서 통증이 생길수 있습니다.
이런경우 수술은 간단합니다. 입원은 당일 입원 또는 하루
정도면 됩니다. 물론 직장 생활도 퇴원후 부터 가능하구요.
그래서 토요일 오후에 수술하고 일요일 퇴원하시면
됩니다. 망설이지 마시고 진찰 부터 받아 보십시오.

>항문에 혹 같은 것이 있어요. 오래 전에 변을 볼때마다 (변비도 있었어요)항문이 너무 아파 눈물이 찔끔거렸거든요. 오랫동안요. 그 뒤 운동을 하기 시작하면서 변이 잘 나오더니 항문의 아픔도 줄어들었어요. 그런데 혹 같은 것이 있어요. 요놈이 피곤하거나 변을 자주 보게 되는 날에는 아파요. 샤워한 후 만져보면 제일 작은 손가락 1/4만한 뭉퉁한 것이 만져지구요. 며칠 동안 따끔거리다가 피곤하지 않거나 변을 자주 보지 않으면 뭉퉁한 것이 만져지지만 크게 아프지는 않아요. 이 일을 우찌해야 할까요? 직장때문에 병원에 갈 시간도(더구나 입원은 생각할 수도 없고) 적당하지 않구요. 6시 이후 진료받는 것은 가능하지만요 병원 가는 것이 너무 무서워요.
