내치핵과 직장류가 있다구요!
내치핵의 주증상은 통증이 없이 돌출한 혹과 출혈이 주증상입니다.
하지만 아주 심한 내치핵일 경우에는 가끔 따가운 통증이 있을수 있습니다.
그리고 본인이 변비가 있었기 때문에 변비로 인해 약간의 급성치열(항문점막이 찌져지는것)
이 있어서 약간의 출혈과 따끔거리는 통증이 있을수 있습니다.
본인이 생각하기에 2기정도의 내치핵이라면 수술을 하지않고
고무줄 결찰술이라는 시술을 하면 될것같네요.
고무줄 결찰술은 마취도 필요없이 2분정도면 끝납니다.
물론 시술후 통증은 거의 없고 바로 일상생활도 가능하죠.
직장류의 경우 대부분 여자 변비환자에게는 거의 다 존재합니다.
하지만 아주 심한 경우가 아니면 수술은 거의 필요없습니다.
대개 바이오피드백이라는 변비치료와 식이섬유 를 충분이 드시고,
운동을 하시면 수술없이 대개 호전됩니다.
이런 치료를 한 후에도 변비가 여전히 존재하거나,
혹을 잔변감이 많이 남는 환자에게만 이런 직장류 수술이 필요하죠..
수술시에는 대개 척추 마취를 하게 되는데, 척추마취는
항문만 마취가 되기 때문에 정신은 또렸하게 있습니다.
물론 환자가 원하시면 약간의 수면 상태를 유지할수도 있습니다.
